Enno is the CEO of IHSE, a developer and manufacturer of high-performance KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) extenders and switches. IHSE systems are used extensively throughout the air traffic management industry to ensure unrestricted and uncompromised access to video and data signals within flight operations centres, towers and ground operational facilities.
Since gaining a doctorate in the field of neural and applied image processing he has held several senior research and managerial posts and NATO-advisory positions in the air industry.
His early career focused on the development of airborne obstacle detection and avoidance systems on behalf of DASA. Subsequently he led UAV-based ISR development programs at EADS and SOSTAR, acting as NATO advisory for the integration of UAV’s into manned airspace before becoming programme director at Galileo IOV satellite navigation program.
