Access IS designs and manufactures high-performance and reliable 2D barcode, MRZ, OCR, MSR, RFID and NFC readers as well as custom keyboards solutions for airports worldwide. Products include; boarding gate readers (BGR’s), scanners, readers and imagers for self-service kiosks and bag drop systems, receipt and check-in printers, standalone passport readers and keyboards with integrated passport, ePassport and loyalty card swipe readers.

Access IS scanners and readers have been proven in tens of thousands of installations over the past 15 years and the latest products can capture and decode chip data in less than a second, using a unique optimised focal distance to improve read performance for paper, mobile and smart phones and tablets.

Our intuitive face-up reading technology means that users can easily position both printed and electronic 2D barcodes under scanners. In addition user-programmable green and red LEDs and audio beeps provide instant user feedback for successful reads, making them ideal for processing large numbers of customers, many of whom are in a hurry.
